This weekend Shaggy Chic Grooming Boutique got to participate in an amazing community event, Cedar Valley Paws in the Park for the first time. We were honored to be able to stand beside a bunch of other local businesses so that we could all showcase the immense amount of services available to your pets in the Cedar Valley.
It was an incredibly windy day so there was quite a bit of tent malfunction, however, I think we still managed to pull it off! We even won the hula hooping contest against our rivaling grooming salons! All in good fun, though. It is so cool to see competing businesses all come together in one place and get along so well. There is a special bond amongst pet care givers from pet rescue shelters, grooming salons, vet clinics, and more.
We were proud to be able to see so many loving pet owners at the event, especially ones who even brought their adorable little (and big!) fur babies along for the fun! Thankfully, although it was windy, the temperatures were just perfect for playing outside with our pets. We look forward to participating in this outstanding event next year and we cannot wait to announce the winner of our free drawing later this week! Stay tuned :)
